Firearm Safety
Starting May 1, 2014 anyyone using the ranges should have their range certification card (see below) with them while on the range and be familiar with the rules. The rules were established to keep everyone at the range safe and to help maintain our good-standing in the neighborhood. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
We have had some safety issues on all of our ranges. Safety is and will always be the most important issue when ever anyone is on or at any of our ranges. We will not tolerate any unsafe acts, conditions or allow members or their guests to break any of the rules. YOU WILL BE CALLED BEFORE THE BOARD of DIRECTORS AND LOSE YOUR CLUB PRIVILIGES.
Please re-read the rules posted at all the ranges and if needed, report persons that are not abiding to the rules. If you see anyone that is not a member on any of our ranges without being a member’s guest or with the member not present, get their name & License plate number and we will have them arrested for trespassing. Use your camera on your cell phone if you have one, and take a picture of the person. These persons are possible cause for our club to have our ranges closed down. We Pay Dues to use these ranges - they don’t.
Reminder ---All guests must pay $5 dollar guest fee
Trespassing with guns or weapons is a Felony !!!!!!!
Remember these basic rules for firearm safety:
- Always keep your gun pointed in a safe direction.
- Always keep your finger outside the trigger guard until you are ready to shoot.
- Always keep your gun unloaded until you are ready to use it.
- DO NOT HANDLE ANY-- HAND GUNS, SHOT GUNS , RIFLES, ARCHERY BOWS when the line has been cleared for persons to go down to the targets.
- KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF THE WEAPON ---NO EXCEPTIONS--- ALWAYS BE THINKING
Let’s all pitch in to keep our ranges a safe and enjoyable place to enjoy the shooting sports.

Remember nobody can call back a bullet, slug, or arrow !!!!!!!

No exceptions to these posted hours of shooting.
Range Rules:
- Everyone must sign in at the Club House before using range, and sign out when finished.
- Sign in Book is in front foyer hall from 10am to 2pm and at bar when Club opens.
- All guests must pay a $5.00 guest fee, be signed in, and with a member at all times. Any non members on the range without a member present will be charged with trespassing.
- Red Flag must be up when shooting and taken down when finished.
- Hearing protection and safety glasses must be worn when at the ranges.
- DO NOT TOUCH ANY GUNS WHEN ANYONE IS DOWN RANGE
Anyone not following these rules will be brought before the Board of Directors and lose Club Privileges.
